If It would have been possible to give negative rating.. I would have done the same.nThe most fraud company with a shabby staff team.nChoose any other rental company.. Not this.. You will regret it.

I placed an order for Sofa set, lamp & centre table package. The sales guy Ajeet promised a discount before placing the order. When I processed the registration no discount was applied. I had to go thru several painful conversations with him and team to get it processed through back end. Then I was not able to complete registration. The guy Ajeet misbehaved over phone when I called him. It doesn’t end here. When the delivery boys came with the products it had the table missing. I asked those guys and they said that they don’t know & asked me to talk to customer care about it. I was not even informed by Furlenco that they are not sending all the products for what I paid and subscribed. They kept me dark about the delivery of items. Plus no one took accountability of the issues and behaved inappropriately. Eventually after all this pain I had to cancel the whole order. All this process wasted my time & disrupted my whole schedule.

After reading other reviews, it is clear that Furlenco has issues with thier billing system or has no intent to refund legitimate deposit.nnIn my case, Furlenco has not refunded me the deposit due to me. Only a partial deposit has been returned. There are more than 20 emails and 20 phone calls, each ending with an assurance of giving the refund, but no avail. It has now been 3 months of discussions. I believe the only option left is to drag this company to court !

Awesome product good services, I believe above comments are written by competitors as the don't have quality products like Flurlenco .

Pathetic customer interaction. They billed me wrongly and didn't bother to correct after multiple reminders. Once corrected(after long time), they added a fine amount on top of it. Now again, I am going through the tedious process of trying to contact customer support to negate the same.
