This shop cheats its customers. We bought a lg water filter of which parts were missing in the package. Then the filter installation guy shows up first day without proper tools next day without the drill and installs it wrong. When we asked to correct it they refused and used abusive language. Whose responsibility it is to 1) check the package for complete parts before delivery 2) install the filter properly?

As I m not satisfied with LG bought tv on 2 nd November 2018 for installation he called me at 10 am for visit ,result we called reciprocal continous till 4 pm bound to wait them finally they came and without giving demo they went away I called them to do but they refused to come also had word with his senior he said it's your mistake you signed fòrm I said yes but what the solution he said no solution I said I will complaint he said most welcome do complaint v v v poor services .big no to LG
