I reached hotel at around 2 in the night. I was traveling from kalpa to Delhi. Since it's a long journey I wanted to rest and continue in morning.TBH it's not worth spending 1500-2000 on this hotel. Oyo markets this one as flagship hotel but believe be homestays in remote places of Himachal Pradesh (INR 500-700) are much much better than this. They provide better service and are clean. You may check the pictures and decide for yourself. The room is dirty and dirtier is the loo. It seemed not clean for ages. I requested drinking water which they provided in 3 hrs. There is hardly any staff to answer phone. Beds are shabby and has stains on it.. Sheets are not changed and are not clean. The room didn't have to remotes, restroom didn't have tissues nor the towels. I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed in Oyo it's was my first experience and I suppose last. It's not just the inconveniences it's outright making a fool of people. Oyo rooms is looting the people. This is quite evidently pathetic.nP.S. they said it's their best room!

Good hospitality. Especially Pandayji helped me alot on checkin late night and overall stay for 2 days.All staff was polite and ready to serve us. Food was good , cleanliness was also good hotel amenities was also upto the mark.

Had superb stay,staff,service quality,food,everything was sooooo good.i would love to stay here if i will come again to shimla
