We booked Vaishnodevi & Kashmir trip through this agency. Not really worth price. While traveling from Katra to Pehalgaum there was a land sliding and road was closed. Cancelled further trip and came back to Katra. We were already paid 15000/-, advance. I asked the concerned agent what is further process. She told come back to Katra & do the local scene. I asked twice the price, she didn't informed & she booked the local package & Jammu local trip & asked us to pay 9000/- more. It is totally horrible experience. I discussed with Mr.Gupta and he reduced 2000/- less. But overall we were charged more money which is not atoll worth. Agents are not clearly informing. I don't recommend this agency. It is better to do it our own.

I seriously doubt if they are professionals. Nexgen made our trip a hell, all due to their vehicle and drivers. They were always on their own time whether you see or misses any site. I'll behaved staffs. We were just on the mercy of driver.nI will suggest better to cancel your trip rather than planning through Nexgen.nIf anyone wants to know our suffering in details, I am on with detail explanation.

We availed the trip of vaishno devi , Amritsar from Nexgen Tour Operators. It was nice planned trip right from Jammu airport to Amritsar airport. Quality of hotels and guidance of Nexgen team was fabulous. I highly recommend the Nexgen Tour Operators.

I visited Vaishnodevi- patnitop and Amritsar along with my parents this month(dec 2019). Places particularly patnitop are fabulous. It started snowing at patnitop and we enjoyed a lot of snow at patnitop Nexgen Tour was very helpful and taken care of timely pickups and sightseeing.

It was my first tour with Nexgen. Initially I was little skeptical to book my tour with them as I came across their website browsing few travel website. However I was wrong. Mr. Gupta and Ankush was very patient and provided me package as per my budget. The arrangements were excellent. My family and I just loved their services. I have already recommended them to few of my friends.
