I had booked my cab and paid advance. Due to my flight cancellation I couldn't travel and I requested for refund and they informed will pay in couple of days. I had shared by account details as well. After that, I am following up with Jagat Travels since last 1month and I get no response for my messages and calls. It's a very bad customer service and response. Hope I get update from Jagat Travels as soon as possible. Excellent service. The owner and the driver called even before we left chennai. The driver was on time waiting to receive us. He was courteous and nice. Almost he took us to all important sightseeing places. Enjoyed the trip. I strongly recommend Jagat Travels.
