Had a good experience, I had lost my mobile in bangalore, however the thief didn't couldn't switch it off as it was locked, so I was able to track it using find my device feature in google. I monitored the device for a day during which it kept moving and when it became stationary (in ramanagara) I went to the nearest police station 6 am in the morning and they helped me in getting my device back. It was luck as well as the presence of mind of the police in-charge there which helped me in getting my phone back. Bangalore police on the other hand had straightaway refused to do anything.
