Head Post Office - Burdwan

My NSC matured in the month of May 2019 and 2020, wanted to transfer it to Malkapur in Buldhana Dustrict of Maharashtra, filled up the fees of transfer in April itself but this post office has still not done the needful and I am unable to withdraw the money. Mails have been sent by Malkapur post office and myself to the email ID of the Burdwan post office but no response. It us reasons like this that people don't trust post office anymore. If someone from Burdwan post office is reading this and they have slightest of shame, do the needful to transfer the NSC SOL to Malkapur post office urgently. There certificates are in the name of my wife Bisakha Ambali( Dutta).

Yet my courier has reached to the head post office 3 days ago...but they still are not delivering it to me😑totally useless and bad service...😑

Worst service , very very ignorent 'govt employees' enjoying people's tax money for doing nothing!! Chief should be sacked immediately!
