Kaysons Honda

I purchased Activa 6g in this showroow.On the day of purchasing i take my family with me.While the sale staff,Vishal was explaining about the details of the scooty, the manager was shouting and scolding him infront of us.We dont feel good and humiliated too.But I have told Koushik( other staff) that i will buy on that day and dont want to lie about that.After receiving the Activa 6g they are giving me the seat cover of Activa 5g and say that its all the same. We buy 6g and pay more money but received 5g seat cover is disgusting.They are lying that company is not manufacturing 6g seat cover.Their service to the customer is very poor from the showroom to service center. I think they should show some respect to their customers as we are spending lots of money and we deserve atleast to be treated with respect and genuine.

The Manager and other staffs are quite helpful and professional. All modern facilities related to Honda two wheelers are available. Stocks of latest models were observed during my visit.

Staff behavior is way too good

Staffs are not have much skills in there works. Very slow in process like Insurance, tax invoicing and other documents related works. Not professional enaugh.
