Good food and ambience. You can freshen up and relax at this nice cozy place during long lay overs. Its over crowded at times though with no seats available at times.

Now renamed as BLR LOUNGE, one of worst the possible experience, firstly their servers were completely dead for an hour(claimed by them even when ppl were inside) and upon calling the manager he was also non co operative and least helpful to say , NAGENDRA was the manager and the team leader was always behind us and was looking as if the food has been given by his salary which was like they are giving the access for free and ZERO ASSISTANCE on issues at the reception and the hopeless manager who keeps on hiding, also they are not bothered about guests who want to check in, straight away they are demanding the full access fee without even checking bank cards for which we are paying heavy annual feesnnThey'll specially turn RUPAY CARD HOLDERS and prefer only master card holders as previously it held by them and now is the ONLY LOUNGE ON THE INTERNATIONAL TERMINALnnthe staff you need to watch out on specially as they always peep into your work which is a huge blunder in terms of privacy and not at all upto international standards - THEY LITERALLY KEEP FOLLOWING YOU and keep an eye on you and what you pick up and what you eat
