Crowded, mismanaged, all chaos, lots of unmasked people. Very very sad state of the govt dept everywhere. People are really careless abt the covid..

Most corrupt officers Waghmare and Pathan. I had an appointment for DL on 3rd September 2020 but it was curfew that day (travelled all the way from Pune to native place - 40 km away from PBN - for this appointment). I went to this office again on 10th November 2020. Initially Pathan said that I can appear for DL test on my September appointment as dates extended till December end due to covid. But 3 star Waghmare said something in Pathan's ear and things turned haywire for me. They kept me making rounds from from here and there. They asked me to cancel my appointment and take a new one. Website was not allowing me to do so. Just to look into why website was not allowing cancellation, Pathan asked me to come couple of days later. I stay 40 kilometres away from PBN (work location Pune. Here for Diwali). Then I requested 3 star Devre. He gave me reappointment one month later. What a tragedy. Now once I am back to Pune after Diwali, I will have to travel all the way back to PBN on the new appointment date. Had I gone through an agent they would have allowed me to appear for test same day i.e. 10th November. Worst experience.

This is combined place of many offices including RTO, REGISTRY,PASHU SAWRDHAN,SAMAJ KALYAN etc. Parking is available ,Xerox available at outdoor space

No work without Agents. One of the most corrupt place
