Good place but it's still developing

However it seems the place is good, but the property is not an approved layout and it is B khatha. The developer put a board and claimed that it is A khatha. I gave advance of Rs 10000 and obtain the legal documents with a promise that money will be returned if the property found wrong in legal status.nI have enquired through SecureProp lawyears and they told that the property is not approved by any competent authority and it is B khatha.nEnrich property acknowledged that. Then I asked them to return my advance money. But they did not return the whole amount, deducted Rs 2500.nnThese people are not trust worthy. Before investing please take care.nnAlso there is a private graveyard within 200m of the property.

Enrich Brundavana is the destination for those who are planning to purchase the plot this is the developers they keep there promises and fulfill the need of customer with there best service

Phase 2 not properly planned... very bad planning...and also there are small sites infront of big sites... which will not make area good looking or hi-fi...
