UPDATE: Got response Now from Vendor to fix problems. As soon as done, I will change the reviews.nnTHEY ARE ONLY GOOD FOR NEW CUSTOMERS. THEIRnSUPPORT/after Sales IS HORRIBLE. NO RESPONSE AT ALL.nnThey are good only when you go as New Customer, they do installation. Here reviews are by New customers (who are happy on new installations) or Dummy customers reviews put by them selves with good star ratings.nnThey take reviews immediately from new customers. Because there will be no problems.nnBut your headache starts after few days once you get problems with their installations. Their office or Yeshas or his team receive calls once or twice and promise attending to problem. Thats it. They never turn up and start avoiding your calls after that.nnInitially when Yeshas father Mr. Dhanajay was into CCTV installation it was ok. Once Yeshas has taken over, he is just keen for new business and not prompt in after sales service. He smooth talks a lot, but needs to action out promptly. Hope he does that.

I got cctv installed at my home. Yashas came over, explained all the technicalities in detail including comparison between various options and cost, got everything installed and configured on time. Very happy with service.
