Good aesthetic look with the best maintenance. Staff here are kind enough while interacting with customers.nnThough you are offering good service, I want to suggest some improvements to increase impact of your services.nn1. Know your customers expectations: When I was waiting in lounge, on billing counter a guy was suggesting a lady visitor to get her hair straight. He wants to get more money from her, he tried his best. The reality was the lady loved her curly hair and proud of it. In this case he would have spoken with her before and after knowing her interest, offered any package related to curly hair she would have accepted. So speak with customers know what's their expectations from your store and offer services accordingly.nn2. Soft skills: I am aware we shouldn't expect the best conversation from hairdresser every time. I would have sat in front of mirror for approx 30 min after some initial sentences, he just concentratedon my hair(don't punish but train him).nnI am ✍ a bit lengthy review, my intention is after investing so much on infra & prime location of store if your management fails to concentrate these details all efforts go in vain.

I was amazed by their professionalism. Excellent staff. Very polite. Well mannered and highly skilled. I was very happy with the service. Haircut done by Ali. Very nicely done. Very god person. Also, I had an amazing hair message by Neelam. She is just amazing. They way she the messaging, just out of the world. Very skilled. And, very polite. I really liked the service. And, recommend to everyone. Very pleased with the service.
