Very bad service.. Staffs are more interested to use their phone than helping out the customers.. Least bothered... Worst attitude..

Varieties should be increased. I felt there's a need for variations in product display. If I compare the Bata store in some mall to this, it's having some more product line.

I liked the service... Variety of Options are available. Even for my kids. I drove a car here and didn't find any issues with parking as there parking space available just next to Bata showroom

Experience was as usual good. They have a wide variety of shoes for all age groups but the only thing is that stock is limited and same design is also not available in different size.

Need to improve service... It seems to be a government office... No proper response... Staff are getting good salary... So least bothered for the customer
