The quality of the store and the employees have dropped. They are stocked on the old merchandise but not on the news models.The service wasn't satisfactory at all with the staff trying to fool me into buying size 11while I was size 12. They didn't have any new models. The shop didn't turn on their AC and left the main door open. This led to a lot of mosquitoes irritating me and my family.nnAt the end of the day I hated the experience and will not recommend this shop to anyone. No other shops in Belgavi selling crocs merchandise.nnReply: I hold no grudge to your store. In fact I love your stores in Calicut, Kerala. The staff and the inventory is great there. It's just that this store of yours that I visited was quite unsatisfactory in terms of the standards you maintain.
