It is a Government building wherein several Government offices are functioning. Very shabbily maintained, rather not at all maintained. Staff, most of the officials and public throw garbage in every nook and corner and spit Gutaka pan etc. Even revenue earning Sub Registrar Office where hundreds visit is not an exception. If you visit the washroom and come out without vomiting you are lucky. You will not dare to visit again. I don't know when we all change our mindset.

Whenever I come here it is very crowded from people . All the work done by the government is all here. This is a very popular Gorement office in Dharwad city . All the offices are built here at one place Facilities are made here for the public, making ration cards, making the Aadhaar card and many government work for those public living in Dharwad city

Sub Registrar office & many more Govt offices situated. No proper mentainance. No separate Ladies Tilet. A supervisor have to be kept for Hygiene.
