Dear sandhya madam I registered for tata mumbai marathon {42km run} in the month of September 2019. While training was going on for marathon in I suffered from shin splint.i went to orthopedists and get advice to take a break from running for some time which was highly impossible for me cause I have a very little time left for my event. I discussed my problem with my friend dr.uttam mali then he suggested mr ur name.when I came to u I had lot of soreness and pain in my left shin.u advice me matrix rhythm therapy.I was not sure that it will work but u show me review about this therapy by a cyclist and u explain me so well that I was ready for it.u told me that it may take 3 sessions to get relief from the pain.u also show some exercises and fascia relaxing technics which I follow very sincerely. The results were just amazing as within 4/5 days all my soreness and pain were disappeared ,it was like a magic ,I was running with new energy and freshness in my legs.i did the 42km marathon very comfortably and injury Free .Mam u have excellent knowledge of sports injury prevention and treatment. therapy machines are useless if they are not in proper hands...I think u have some kind of magic in your hands ,mam thanks a lot for ur kind support by which a achieve my goal of full marathon.mam Rakesh kumar dhoot.
