Excellent Gym in thrissur, This is the best you can get. Trainers Abhijith, Jobin and Deepu are very impressive in training and friendly too. I have a great experience working out in daydome. Highly reccomended !

A good gym. Good floor space and equipment. Would have given it a 3/5 because their ACs were not always functional which became quiet irritating in the midst of a heavy work out. However, have given them an extra star as one of their trainers Jishnu was simply amazing. This guy knows how to put you through a mean workout and can get you great results at the end of the month; if you maintain a good diet as well. Best part is, he always mixes the work outs so I never got bored.
