Great gym in kochi. Lots of functional workouts i have experienced from very good trainers. Bolly wood dance is awesome. Such a good ambience.

I have been there almost for a week..nNo professional staff trainers just costly equipments.. but absence of fitness motivation + proper training diet coaching which is main base.. it's my personnel verified weekly's experience.. never again other good & reasonable options available...

Great gym with almost all the equipment. Trainers are good. I have been taking PT from Sibin. He is a great trainer with a good in-depth knowledge of all the exercises. Overall a good gym with good environment.
