Joined this gym a few weeks back and trust me it was best decision I made. Very hygienic, they take all precautions including fogging and regular disinfections. The trainers are amazing. I go for the morning session and its a perfect start to my day. They keep you motivated and focused. I'd like to give thanks for my trainer Naeem for everything. He is very efficient and really helps me get my workout done smoothly.nThanks everyone :D

Exercise is extremely important to staying healthy both in body and mind.Long-term physical activity increases the benefits of long-term health.....nExcellent Gym, available with the best facilities and excellent trainers...nI liked gym facilities and training and it have good workout atmosphere...nI have been working out here for more than one year. Great place to workout and it's been almost 2 years I've been working out here. Gives utter most importance in hygiene factor and maintain the gym highly neat and clean. Friendly management & experienced trainers.

Hav got a good set of trainers. They hav got excellent set of diet plans and the trainers will monitor us properly even during days when gym is nt there. PT is very effective.
