If you are a beginner or a fitness freak, this is the best place to join , where trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable, who guide you tremendously. I would recommend this place to people who find it boring to go to gym. These guys have awesome fun workouts. Trainers here are very friendly. There are 2 sessions, 5 am to 9 am and 5 pm to 9 pm, both have mixed training sessions.
