One of the best gym across india i have ever been to.. Very hygienic and well maintained gym floor, changing rooms & washrooms also.. high class machines and equipments..nReally well qualified and experienced trainers and staffs.. i would strongly recommend this gym for those who are seeking for the best gym in the city...

Had been a member of this gym couple.of years back & back again.nn1.Equipments are world class & you start seeing gains almost immediately.nn2. Trainers are top notch . The General trainers are extremely good as well & have excellent knowledge in imparting information to the members - highlight is SHIBIN ( slim built guy ) who is eager to address your every query with a smile.nn3. Huge dressing room n excellent locker facility.nnAlso it is by far the cleanest and well maintained franchise compared to branches across india.

Best gym in Kochi hands down. Well maintained, immaculate, and spacious.nnPositives: ample locker facility with showers and steam bath, open from 5:00 to 21:30 with no break, open on Sundays, helpful trainers, high quality machines including a 3-dimensional smith machine.nnNegatives: located in one of the busiest intersections in the State, parking facility has become limited owing to the ongoing road works.
