One of the best gyms in Palakkad. It's clean, has A/C, unisex.

I'm giving a 3.5-4 star rating to this gym. I live in Sweden but I visit Palakkad sometimes and really appreciate it. I used the gym even before the gym was open officially. I could use the gym for the days I was in Palakkad.nI found the guy friendly and supportive in conversations. I myself work as a personal trainer in Sweden and I feel that the equipment was good. I would have like some more focus on leg and calf machines as an improvement area. Toilet and changing room needs a lot of improvement in cleanliness and upkeep. Overall, 3.5 star ud83cudf1f rating from me.

A fully equipped gymnasium with air conditioning and a good trainer who helps us in every workout.

Trainers In this Gym Keeps on Changing...nFees costs So Much!nThis Gym will not suit Ladies or may be uncomfortable..!
