Chandrasekharan Nair Stadium is quite a good and huge stadium with an attached complex with shops and accommodation for sports events. It also has other units like different community or event halls, banks, and reasonable parking space. A part of this place (a side) is located under a flyover road and it is quite a good space utilization on a large scale that way.

Good synthetic track. Good place for morning and evening jogging or walking. Economic too. Less lighting though.

Great location...pitch used to be just average, as were the amenities...many of the sports associations have offices here...and there are a few interesting shops like the sports hub, which is one the best sports stores in the city
