Appointed Caggo steam wash to wash my car on lazy Sunday.nThey came home on the right time as per the appointment.nComes home with all the items to detail a car.nComing to the after wash impressions, I would say it was a disappointment.nInitially they vacuumed the car with Karcher hi power vacuum cleaner it was good.nHowever after that they took a bucket a dirty rag. Took water from our home and started to wipe the entire surface of car with wet cloth. It was soo bad that it will create swirl marks over the car.nThey were also not ready to change the dirty water periodically and after seeing this I had to ask them to change the water.nThey wiped the dirt from entire car without any detergents or lubricating agents in water and obviously it will create clear coat cut on paints.nAfter this they pulled the steam hoses and started to clean the car with steam.nNow also they have been using the same old dirty rag to wipe the steam water droplets from the cars surface.nThey also cleaned the interior plastic areas with steam and wiped all dirt.nThe alloys were also cleaned with steam however there was a whole lot of unattended parts between the wheel spokes filled with brake dust(I noticed it after they completed the wash).nThe guys who came was seriously lousy and attention to detail was soo bad.nI think they don't know even how to wash a car with normal water and take care of car paint.nNo training should have been give to them.nHighly irresponsible team and no one is there to supervise the guys who comes home.nWith such a good technology they are not aware on how to perform it well.nNo water wash statement is a marketing gimmick and if the car is on a place where no water is available I guess they will fail to wash the car.nI would not recommend to anyone.nOnly positive side is they comes home to wash the car.
