It is a religious house of Capuchin Priests and Brothers as well as a place of blessings where people approach for receiving sacrament of reconciliation. Priests are always ready to provide spiritual help such as cofession, counseling, blessing etc. They also welcome intentions for Holy Mass. This Ashram is really a blessing for Kollam.

Other than regular daily Mass in english and in malayalam and Holy eucharistic Celebrations on Sundays, one can join for a very convenient Holy Mass by evening at 6pm on Tuesdays and Fridays.
