Cafe ladder

We were looking for a change from Keralan food so decided to try Cafe Ladder. We rang and messaged the Cafe reconfirm that they would have their full menu available for lunch on Monday. That confirmed both over the phone and by whatsapp that the full menu would be available so we decided that it was going to be worth the one and a half hour drive each way. We arrived just after 1 pm to find that they were still sweeping the restaurant and that many of the items on the menu were not available. After a discussion about why we were told that all items would be available when they were not, we unhappily decided to choose from the very limited items that we were informed were available. We opted for 3 beef burgers, one veg burger, a Mediterranean salad and some fries. Having taken the order they then informed us 30 minutes later that no beef burgers were available. Very unhappily we agreed to try the chicken burgers instead which arrived about an hour after we had originally ordered. The fries had come after 15 minutes and were quite tasty I have to admit. Once the chicken burgers arrived they were not bad. The veg burger was pretty bland and tasteless. Once we had finished the fries and the burgers they decided to deliver the salad! This was one and a half hours after our order!!! We refused it as it should have been served with the main meal or earlier. All I can say is that this place is not worth visiting because of the really poor service and a lack of honesty about the menu when we checked in advance. A wasted 3 hours travelling there and back. Great service.the ambience is perfectly blended with the nature. And games for fun.nA peaceful place for friends family and kids!.nA birthday party was organised by these guys which makes me say ‘ nice party dude’

Really enjoyed my visit to the café. The service was great and the staff were very attentive towards us. They offer a wide variety of food items and drinks at a moderate price. Roof-top café is also available with an excellent view of the nature. Parking space for 4-5 cars is also available.
