We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff were always motivated to help us. Even during this pandemic the staff are taking all necessary steps to keep the surroundings neat. The environment and the atmosphere helped us to relax a lot. The ambience was really good. We had a really wonderful stay.

Simply superb property among all Sterling properties, I have visited. The staff and their prompt service with a smile is excellent. Food is also good. The packages like breakfast and lunch or dinner are reasonable for the food spread. Perfectly maintained COVID-19 care. I love this place and people. I recommend my circles for sure.

Booking.com shows this as a 4 * hotel, however doesn't seem to be so. Rooms are average. Landscaping is good. Under trained staff and poor service. No proper glassware (We asked for Beer/Whiskey glass) in the rooms. Not received even after requesting. They told they do not have it. Next day morning we could see them in the buffet hall which was embarassing. The bearer then told its management decision not to give them to rooms.nDinner was around 800rs per person but not at all worth it. Breakfast was Okay. Also due to the Corona situation no other services were available (which is understandable). Not worth for the high cost we paid. The place has good infra, with better training to staff there could be improvement in overall customer experience.

The resort is very good. Beautifully maintained. Staff are very courteous and people friendly. Food served here is one of the best!nnJust that it is located in a place where Mobile and Internet Coverage is not great and the free WiFi lasts only up to 1 hour per person per device per stay

Went to the resort during the pandemic. They were very supportive and helpful. They tried their level best to keep us entertained. All the amenities were closed but they organised fun games and kept us busy. They were very hygienic and very neat Amazing effort put by the staff. Loved the stay, loved the support of the staff. Shall say it was worth it.
