My wife got the worst experience. Even during this pandamic situation the staff doesn't use mask. When I enquired about it ,the staff were giving meaningless excuses, that it is not possible to perform eye brow beautification wearing a mask. Either they should not give such services in current situation or they need to find an alternative way to do these kind of services giving more importance to customers. The most worst part is , they need our details and they doesn't follow the minimum safety requirement.

I let them colour my hair, hair cut and clean my nails. I paid 3000 rupees which is very expensive for a service that I am NOT at all satisfied. My hair is not evenly coloured and my hair is not cut nicely. The staff are not motivated and happy with what they are doing especially the one who cut my hair. She was just cutting it to get it done, imagine if someone is treating your own hair with no care and respect?nWhen paying I let out my concern to the lady (she seems to be the owner) but she was very stern and not friendly. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

They don't listen to customers! Such a shame!! Went for a hair cut. Told them specifically not to shorten. They cut up 3/4th of my long hair. Very irresponsible!!

Not at all punctual. Had to miss a function because one of their staffs didn't turn up. They will make us wait so long..
