This place is one of a kind. Very private and very exclusive! Perfect for family and small groups. Babu did a great job with food, and Kingsman (actual name) was always ready to help with his forever smiling face. Perfect place for a weekend escapade!

This is one of the better properties you can choose to stay at when you are in Alleppey. It's right on the banks of the Vembanad River giving you unhindered views of the entire lake in a modern hotel setting. With an infinity pool overlooking the lake, it makes for a surreal sunrise if you are an early riser. The rooms are plush and luxurious with small thoughtful touches everywhere. Service is impeccable and they make sure they cater to your every need. Food is excellent with an amazing chef in house who makes amazing local fare. We loved it here and will stay here when we are in town again.

A small property with just 4 rooms and beautiful Vembanad lake view from all the rooms. The location is excellent with luxury interiors, great service and staff is very helpful and understanding, doing there best to keep the guests happy and meeting all your requirements.nBreakfast was the best part of all with many options for local cuisine.nAll the rooms have garden although not private, which was not at all an issue with us.nnHowever, being a chain resort and with all rules and regulations it lacks flexibility. They don't have facility for drivers and refused to accommodate him for a night.nnThe property provides luxury accomodation, however its not a 5 star property so please dont expect everything to be top-notch.nnAlso, I would not suggest the place if you are travelling with small kids since there is no fencing along side the lake and one have to be very careful that you don't fall off.nnPS - Carry insect repellent if you want to enjoy the open space since its right next to the lake it attracts many insects.

One of the places I have ever been to, top class service, staffs were very friendly, the food is amazing and rooms have amazing view. Best place to stay in, if you want a peaceful day or a weekend away fr all the hustles.
