Best place to spend time with friends & family in the heart of Calicut city which is very clean, tidy & well maintained. The park is a bit crowded during the peak hours of weekends. Have street vendors inside and outside the park. Have a beautiful pond which is very clean. There’s no parking area for park,so finding a parking spot in the peak hours is a task.

Mananchira square is the Lal Bagh of Calicut. The Pool of Mananchira is the source of drinking water from Kozhikode. In the evenings, many people spend time out. Although it was a public forum in the early days, it is no longer happening.
