This is one of the best hangout places in Kozhikode. The park opens at around 4 in the evening. Lots of people come here with their loved ones or alone. There are many trees offering their good shades. The street vendors offer good spicy food. There is also a beautiful walkway which takes you along the whole square. The new stone works add up to the beauty of this park. The mananchira pond is at the heart of the city and this is where water is pumped to the city. Entry is free. The park is well taken care of. Please do see that you don't litter the space.nI would definitely recommend to a friend.
