I went in to the store to know about the products and design available.the lady was pleasant in showing me the different options in kitchen and wardrobe the ground floor ..she asked me to email my plan.so they can customise it.I readily emailed the plan to the company email.but then she tells me that she is not a designer and the concerned person is on leave.I said ok.and as I was leaving I asked her to send me a quote with the design..Then she said it is company policy not to email the design and quotation and I have to come back into the office to see what the designer has come up with..I didn't say anything..I left the office...I called back the office and cancelled everything and asked her to delete my plan from her system.nSeriously I have to go back to decide if I like what you have done.. Now there is Pinterest and houz online.. design is available freely on line..and your products here are not exactly cheap.so what counts is the service you provide with the extra price.No complaints on product quality..but.betterservice is readily available.
