I must say they have got a good bunch of people working at the backend as well as the front office. I ended up calling these guys on a Sunday morning to enquire about getting my car cleaned, interior as well as exterior. The lady on the phone was Satya (I hope I have the name right). She was very polite, courteous and most importantly professional. It is very rare to find this in this line of work. Talking about the actual work, they were very detailed about it. Car was thoroughly cleaned from the inside as well as the outside. And I must admit that my car (Xylo) was not in a great shape.. interiors were messy and unclean. Yet, these guys cleaned it and made it look as good as new from the inside. Be it the seat covers, the dashboard or the mat on the floor. All in all, a great job. Keep up the good work and I'm sure you'll not lose your customers. At least I'll keep coming to you guys if you maintain the level of professionalism and sincerety. P.S. They also provide pick up and drop services which is really helpful in times like these.
