Always have to wait here, and if u want something like new passbook they say to wait after that they reply that we don't have it available yet. Very poor service bank(bakwaas hai ye bank)

Rubbish service, my UPI transaction is failing, for that I contacted the branch too, but did not get any satisfactory reply, instead I was interrupted and talked to customer care but from there my problem was not solved
