Upesh Parmar, was very professional at his work and friendly! Had great experience with Vlcc and with the stylist.
I felt I paid a lot and got the service comfort as per regular parlor. The AC wasn't working. The male employee came near the door and started asking for stuff,which they should have taken beforehand and the female who was with me started talking to her loudly. I didn't feel safe at all. This is not expected from Brand like vlcc. Cheap quality experience.
Not at all pocket friendly. Did Global Hair color there which cost me 4500 but it didn't even last for a month. Only the good thing is their staff. Really professional & know their work . But the VLCC as brand & products it is zero. These 2 stars are for the sake Staff. Or would have given them minus.There are n number of professional salons who are giving better services in more pocket friendly packages.
Pathetic Service.nI had visited this place for head to toe package(Pedicure,Hair Cut,Head Massage,Detan and Facial).Out of that only Pedicure was good.Rest things were hopeless.Hair Cut was pretty ordinary.Head Massage was charged at Rs 400 and it lasted just 8 mins.Even in normal salons where they charge 60-100 Rs it lasts for 15-25 mins.Facial and Detan were pretty average.The staff doesn't have the skill to do facial.It was superficial kind of stuff.No importance was given to comfort.Considering the charges they have and the brand name and the service provided there was a totally mismatch.Would rate it 1 star that too for pedicure.
