Poor service and totally unprofessional conduct.nnRecently, I used their service to get tested for Covid. Firstly, they were not punctual. According to their message the appointment was fixed at 8:30 - 9:00 am, 9th Sept, no one turned up! When I contacted the person whose mobile number was provided in the same message, he responded with complete ignorance! He was clueless and rather asked me to forward the message. Finally, a person arrived around 12:30 pm to collect my sample. He informed me that I'll receive the result within 24 hours to maximum 48 hours. Then they sent me the payment link which I duly paid at around 5:00 pm.nnAfterwards, after failing to provide me any information from their side within 48 hours regarding the test result, they changed their word and said it would take 72 hours.nnI waited again and yet there was still no response. When I tried to contact them after not getting any update regarding the status of my report, I was met with nothing but confusion. None of their personnel had any idea of what was going on. Finally I got my lab report today at around 2:00 pm, after waiting for 73 long hours! And yet that's not the end of my misfortune. Because according to the report by 'Thyrocare', the sample was collected at around 4:00 pm, 10th Sept, whereas the fact is they actually had collected it at around 12:30 pm, 9th Sept!nnThe same report says that 'Thyrocare' had received the sample on 11th Sept around 8:03 pm. And they released the report at 12:20 am, 12th Sept. Though I received it at around 2:00 pm today!!nnWondering firstly, why 'Portea' has taken so much time to send the sample to 'Thyrocare'? And secondly how come they misreported the timing of the collection of the sample by more than 27 hours to 'Thyrocare'?nnSheer negligence and extremely callous attitude from a medical facility during the period of a raging pandemic.nnI have attached pictures of the receipt of payment and the lab report dates as for further evidence in support of my claim. I would never suggest anyone to use their service, particularly in times like now.

This is specifically to review one of your Palliative Care Doctors, Dr. Ankit Gupta, Clinical Head West, per your website.nnWe sought home based care under his guidance for my wife who is ailing from Stage 4 metastatic cancer. Things were fine until Saturday, the 12th of December 2020 when he came to our building and apparently had a spat with the watchman. Now I am not sure exactly what happened because by the time I ran down to the entrance, Dr. Gupta had already left saying he was mistreated. I asked the watchman and he had his side of the story, nonetheless, he got a good earful from me. Amidst all this I stood there at the gate trying to get in touch with Dr. Gupta, but neither did he respond to my messages (of apology on behalf of the watchman) or my repeated calls. He was literally at the entrance and I could hear their argument as I was running down the stairs to resolve the situation, but he just ran out without seeing the patient. SHAME on such an uncompassionate doctor who calls himself a palliative caretaker.nnI have attached screenshots (WhatsApp and call log) of my sincere efforts to get in touch with him that evening, but his EGO is so big, he has not bothered to call or come back to check on the patient, who he knows has been suffering and needs care. And its such a shame that I felt the need to pen this down as a review. Really!

I was amazed at the speed of service. The two people who helped me at different times were cordial and efficient. The service I received was so prompt that I was not required thank you for that.Great service! Very helpful and attentive. I am editing my review and giving a positive rating to Portea Medical Team who were very sympathetic and handled my situation well by going above and beyond. I had an extremely bad experience with one of their agents Ashish but other than that my entire experience has been positive and a special thanks to the Customer service and the HR team.

Portea's lab test at home is one of the best services I have ever come across; they not only provide the service at your convenience but also make our journey hassle-free.nKudos the team behind such great work.
