Oil & Natural Gas corporation Ltd. (ONGC Ltd.) operates Choppers from Juhu Aerodrome for Offshore crew. Without ONGC permissions & valid ID no INDIVIDUAL or vehicle can enter inside.

Loved this place... it's one of the greenest place in Mumbai and most amazing thing is that you don't feel that you are in city...nThis place is kinda heaven to me

This is oldest Airport of India.nSituated right in the middle of city with Nanavati, Mithibai college,Juhu beach and Milan subway in respective direction.nMajor heliport of India with maximum helicopter traffic and below 5700 kgs max weight piston & turboprop Aeroplane also.nOut of 4 entry points now only one main entrance is open.nSecurity is by MSF. Very cost effective airport to operate for transist and remote ops lil costly on setting up offices inside but still cheaper when compared to MIAL.nFew operators are located inside now rest prefer setting up offices outside and nearby.nOpen from 0730 IST to 1700 IST on all days.nSeen tremendous development here over the years hoping many more to come!!!!.
