Hello, my name isnD. S. Chowdhury, age 64, weight 68 kg I have a little diabetes but the drugs are under control. I used to walk 5 kms every day and do pranayama, my weight was also normal. But now, a few days ago, when I came down the stairs, I heard a noise coming from my knees. It was temporarily better to take the first pills at home, but after a few days, my knees started hurting again, walking became difficult, my sugar started to rise and I started to gain weight. Then he misunderstood that the case was getting out of hand and showed it to the orthopedic doctor. I am * Gaurav Patil * 22 years old fast bowler. I injured my shoulder while bowling. After resting and exercising for a few days, I started playing again.nThen I consulted an orthopedic doctor. He drew up an X-ray report which included * rotator cuff muscle sprain *.nAnd the discomfort subsided a bit but it didn't go away completely. I went to the gym and started a shoulder workout, changed my bowling aches but after a while I started to feel discomfort.nIn the meantime, I went to Pune and exercised on the advice of a physiotherapist, but it didn't work out.nKelly and I concluded that my problem was not in the shoulder but in my lumbar * gluteal amnesia * (because the back and lumbar muscles are weak). Because I had no problem getting hurt after just bowling for a while. According to Dr. Gajanan Patil Sarani, my muscles are strong but I am not working in full * Kinetic Chain *, so this shoulder strain causes more stress and it hurts.nnNow I am following my * Shoulder, Core and Glutes * muscles workout. As per the schedule given by them, my bowling speed has also increased. And the pan also feels less. And now I am away from pain and I can get better and pain free like before.
