Travelled 700+ kms in overnight bus towards Hyderabad, bus departed and arrived on time as mentioned. Provided with clean sheets, blankets & even snacks. All food stops where good with toilet facilities. Will travel again with orange.

Very very bad... Bus number, pickup location and driver name were changed at last minute. And not even bothered to notify customers about it. Staff also very rude in behavior. Also, during the journey bus didn't halt to any location suitable for ladies... Instead halted at highway service road area for toilet in open area. Overall journey began late and also reached late. Very disappointing experience!

It was worst experience I had ever from Kolhapur to Hyderabad bus. At last moment they told me to change my boarding point and they did not even drop me at my given dropping point. Staff was not good. AC was at too low temperature. In next morning , Bus supposed to be reached at 7.30AM at my destination but driver made accident in early morning that we all passengers unware about. People from another vehicle file case against driver because one of them got injured. We had to wait for about 2 hours for police to come. If you don't want to waste your money, don't go for this travels.

Worst service.. arrogant and rude staff.nnBus never comes on time. Bus gets delayed by 3 -4 hours to reach destination...nnFrustrating...
