Worst ever. 2.15 night bus did not arrive till 4 in morning. Still they did not refund my 4900 which they had overcharged instead of 2000 booking. Big people small thinking. Need to improve on professionalism and ethics.

Really good service, the staff, the bus, seats, the rest stop, the timings everything is just well planned and Excellent. Couldn't find a bus service any better than this. This travels and tours is one of the most top rated bus service on Redbus. Particularly the time of leaving and arriving to destination is pretty accurate or promised.
