I have joined this gym to lose my baby fats. I have been coming for the special ladies batch. And I must say it is very good. Instructor herself is enthusiastic and keeps on encouraging for good workouts. I get help for my knee pain and specific exercises for my weight loss purpose. I will recommend it.

This is the best gym in kolhapur. Ambience is good. Best experienced trainer. I was lossed 16 kg in 4 months it's really helpful for me. Highly recommend.
