this project is sealed and all star ratings provided are of no use as the builder has run away. Try to reduce the star ratings as soon as possible to save more people from getting fooled. The builder has left the work incomplete and travelling the world with peoples money. And people are paying their emis.

Booked a 1BHK flat long back in March 2011 and as per agreement, I should have got possession in October 2013.nnBut even in May 2019, project is nowhere near completion. Truly speaking, no work going on there. Staff keeps changing, one does not know whom to contact. It has 18 buildings and more than 1000 flats. More than 70 percent flats are booked.nnOne can imagine the plight of genuine and innocent buyers who have got entrapped in this project. Quite unreliable developer. Buyers please keep off. Do not get trapped in this project.nnIt is a fit case for RERA complaint. I hope buyers will get together and approach MahaRERA authority for suitable compensation for their losses and strict action against the Developer.

Booked way back in 2012 and possession was due in 2013, it's 2017 but no update till date. You call their contact numbers....they just keep ringing. Have sent legal notice, but still they do not reply. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP....NOT TRUSTWORTHY. My money is blocked with them.
