This place was a blessing to me and My family. They took really good care of my Dad. They allowed us every and extra opportunities to spend those final moments with my father. They accommodated every request we had, they treated us as well as my father like family. I can not thank them enough. The Director himself understood our frustration with the original funeral home we were dealing with and said, “ call them and tell them I am on the way now to get your father.” It was that kind gesture that put us all at ease.

The staff is awesome at Spring Valley. They let me sing and speak at my step father's funeral. They made my mother's time of grief a excellent experience. Mr. Anthony was great and answered all the phone calls from me when I called. He let me take over the service in a way that my family had wanted. Mr. Anthony understands my situation of a unexpected death and was more then willing to be by my side through it all. Mr. Anthony and his staff was more then willing and helpful during our time of need. I will recommend Spring Valley to anyone who is experiencing a situation like mine. Ms. Wanda was awesome as well as she made me feel more comfortable not only speaking with her but opening up about my situation. If anyone wants employment with any funeral home this would be a place as ALL staff is like a second family. I cant thank Spring Valley enough for what awesome job they did and how great my step father looked.

My Husband passed away December 2 , 2019. My husband and I were currently living apart but had lived and /or been married for 20 years. Do to my relationship with my husband's family no one made me aware of his paassing. I have been begging Spring Valley, well specifically 6 of their employees and a owner Mr. Lynn Wolf which I have sent our marriage license two for a copy of my husband's corrected death certificate showing we were legally married. I have been treated horribly, hung up on, not called back and it is now August the the 14th. Yes, 7 months of losing my husband with no closure. I will be honest a say one thing. I have had the Coroner intervene and beg them and she HAS done everything short of create legal issues for her. I now have to file suit to get my husband his final respect due him. I BELIEVE I HAVE SAID ENOUGH!! GOD BLESS!!

Oh my i would give 10 stars if possible these guys made an unbearable time easier for our family...our loved one didn't have burial insurance so gathering money was a task but when i tell you Spring valley went over and beyond to help us get our loved one burried i mean that ...they were so loving and caring and made us feel so comfortable as they went out their way to comfort us its like they became our extended family!!! My kids plan and will do something special for them for taking such great care of their dad !! We did it Spring valley ud83dude0d if you have unfortunately lost a love one please please make them your first call I promise you wont be disappointed!!!
