Not only did Donna go over and beyond to help me and my family she and her staff were like family to us throughout the entire process, they didn’t rush us, they didn’t overbear us with details that are meaningless, they didn’t treat us like a check WHAT they did do is love on us! They showed compassion, they left Church and opened the doors for us to view my son one last time after the funeral was over, they allowed me to be a part of every reasonable process a civilian is able to experience in this industry in regards to our son AND the way they had my son looking was AWESOME! Very dishonest and disloyal. Funeral was poorly executed. Not only misspelled names but somenNames not mentioned at all. Wrong birthday. Wrong details. This was very important to us but apparently just another payday for them.

Not professional. Misspelled obituary (difficult to explain to my daughter as to why after clearly spelling it out while meeting with them). Miscommunication occurred with them throughout the process. Donna and Walt did not impress me or our family. Would not recommend.

Christians the best on the city. I have witnessed the Henderson team especially Walt and Donna minister to families in their most difficult times. To God be the Glory. Praying the best and that God will continue to prosper them while sharing their gifts with the community!!
