Probably the best gym in Shillong with ample parking, a nice atmosphere and really friendly people. If you ask me this is the one you should join. The fees is also very affordable.

Excellent 5 months experience at PowerHouse Gym. The trainer, Rakesh, is humble, knowledgeable and a great mentor. He ensures that each person at the gym gets the best out of him. I have the experience of working out in Delhi, Bangalore and Guwahati, and so far, none of the trainers I've trained with can beat him. I've made a lot of progress at Power House Gym, thanks to him. Unfortunately, I had to leave Shillong but I hope someday I'll be able to work out under his guidance again. Kudos and Good Luck!
