Nilima Barua Folk Art Museum, Gauripur

It is a museum established in 1997 from personal collection of late Nilima Barua, a member og Gauripur Royal family. It contains interesting artefacts of the royal family from 18 & 19th century like weapons, ornaments, letters & stamps, dress & household goods etc for pu lic view. A small cannon outside the main two rooms is very beautiful piece. The jewellery designs bear beauty of the bygone era
