This is the only good stadium in Balangir town. Most of the people come to this stadium for morning walk, evening walk, running, and practice their games. Balangir district sports association takes care of this place as far as I know. It has a gym where people can maintain their physic. This place witnessed so many sports person's successful journeys. You should love to visit here during the morning and evening as well.

It is best ground in Balangir district to enjoy the game of cricket and football. It is the place where international cricket players like Madhuri Members and Roshnara Parbin are trained . Now the stadium is organizing national level matches also . It is facilitated with pavilion , galleries and etc.
