Sankha kshetra Jagannath temple is famous for the cart festival where God and goddess comeout from their place to watch peoples(Bhakta) live . No one can't deny that if u look at them u get imotional forget all d pains and hard ship. Not only in festive days but also in all d days peoples are coming from different places even if also from outside of india to watch LORD JAGGANTH, LORD BALABHADRA AND GODDESS SUBHDRA.
