Worst service. I have never seen this type of service in my life

The product was due on 29 September For delivery still the delivery is not done. Fake status is updated that customer was not available. Never contacted from their side. No local contact number at Akola is provided. Worst service. A normal person should not avail there service. Totally worst service.

This courier service is not worth for Half Star. I'm a reseller. my customer gave an order and it was shipped properly up to Akola. But after coming to Akola it went back to Bhiwandi and again it came back to Akola. Then they sent it to chattisgarh and again it came back to Akola.(AWB no.134092025654335). Estimated delivery date: 26/09/2020 Delivery date: 04/10/2020 And Today: 16/10/2020. Customer tried to contact but they are not answering the calls. I can understand due to COVID it may delay but how long??? my orders got deliver which was shipped after this order. I've never seen such Irresponsible courier service.

Very poor service shipping is very worst . These people not delivered my product. Very bad service .if these fellows are calling to collect the product from there office then why ? They are providing home delivery. I called this people 4times each day stil they are not delivering product saying to come at main office to collect product .

Prepaid shipment had arrived in expressbees courier office on 10/10/2020 at 7:12am.But they didn't deliver it till 12/8/3020 (expected day)Packet was held in the office for four days. . On 12/10/2020, they changed the delivery date to 13/10/2020 to 18/10/2020. They wrongly wrote in tracking details on 14/10/2020 that I was not accessible. Ultimately , I had to cancel the order.
